Hi, I hope you are having a good time. If you saw my last post, and you didn´t knew how to include physical activities in your routine because of time, I expect I gave an answer to you and if you hasn't included the sport in your life because of lack of motivations, I hope, I could help in that, as well. Acording to the theme of the blog and continuing with the trend of the last post, I'm going to share with you some type of physical activity that includes not just muscles, it is about improve your body system, your mind, and being better with your environment, not just people but nature and resources, take into account the human body completally which means that involve the spirit into the practice of the discipline. I am talking about yoga. This trend come from India and there are many schools and types of yoga, nowdays almost every gym offers this discipline into the offer and it is beacuse the positions works with many different muscles and is a different type of excersise your body. I suggest it, though in difference between crossfit, yoga not keep accelerated your cardiovascular rythm, it has a certain requirement. Its purpose is to control the mind and body; even yoga more than a sport is a way of life, it is effective as a complementary cardiovascular exercise, relax and bring significant health benefits, improves balance, increases stability and elasticity also decreases pain and stress :)

In this opportunity I want to talk to you
about some cliche when it is about healthy lifestyle, and is exercising.
Nowdays people tend to get more bussy
working, studying and in other many activities that less behind the physical
activities but as we study to be competitive we must move our body for keep our
muscles working properly, also the exercise has different benefits to us such
as the weight control, it is a thing important not just for good looking, but
also for take away heart diseases, high
levels of cholesterol and triglycerides.
When you strat working out you start feelling better because physical activity It stimulates the brain causing it to release different chemicals within which includes serotonin, responsible for the feeling of wellbeing. Exercising makes you happier.
If I wanted to, I could continue making a list of the benefits that training take to our body and our mind and maybe the list will be countless, but as benefits are excuses for not exercise… I think that the most the most common is the lack of time and to this day I want to show an alternative :) Is Crossfit is American military basic training, it is to exercise your whole body, striving for maximum short period of time. It has become popular in recent years for its effective method and multiplied the number of venues in which it is offered. Generally the sessions last an hour; that hour of television, facebook, internet, it can be reinvested!

Food in many different ways is important for people from nutrition to culture. It is not only about sattisfying a physical need but also sattisfying it in the best way; it means that the food that we food we eat as well as satisfy hunger, nourishes us , enhances us and makes the functioning of our body correct, making our systems in general optimized. Overall, our dietary staple food of people is determined according to factors such as family emblems, available time and budget. The goal that I intend abaout the creation of this blog is help a little to improve eating habits .
