Food in many different ways is important for people from nutrition to culture. It is not only about sattisfying a physical need but also sattisfying it in the best way; it means that the food that we food we eat as well as satisfy hunger, nourishes us , enhances us and makes the functioning of our body correct, making our systems in general optimized. Overall, our dietary staple food of people is determined according to factors such as family emblems, available time and budget. The goal that I intend abaout the creation of this blog is help a little to improve eating habits .
