Nowdays people tend to get more bussy
working, studying and in other many activities that less behind the physical
activities but as we study to be competitive we must move our body for keep our
muscles working properly, also the exercise has different benefits to us such
as the weight control, it is a thing important not just for good looking, but
also for take away heart diseases, high
levels of cholesterol and triglycerides.
When you strat working out you start feelling better because physical activity It stimulates the brain causing it to release different chemicals within which includes serotonin, responsible for the feeling of wellbeing. Exercising makes you happier.
If I wanted to, I could continue making a list of the benefits that training take to our body and our mind and maybe the list will be countless, but as benefits are excuses for not exercise… I think that the most the most common is the lack of time and to this day I want to show an alternative :) Is Crossfit is American military basic training, it is to exercise your whole body, striving for maximum short period of time. It has become popular in recent years for its effective method and multiplied the number of venues in which it is offered.
